Jordan Reeves Signs With Men’s Basketball
As we approach the end of the summer, Men's basketball adds 6'7 forward Jordan Reeves! Jordan is from Long Island, New York, but attended Queen City Prep Academy in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jordan had an outstanding high school career, earning NCHEAC All-conference and First Team All-State selections, while also receiving the defensive player of the year award! Jordan is the current all-time leading rebounder at Queen City Prep with 1217 rebounds. Jordan played a big role in helping get Queen City Prep a Class A state championship appearance!
When asked why he chose to attend Trinity, Jordan stated: "Trinity is a great decision for me on and off the court. The coaching and college staff made me feel at home throughout my recruitment process." We are excited to add another outstanding student-athlete like Jordan to our institution. We look forward to seeing how Jordan grows and develops both on and off the court during his college career.
Head Coach Jordan Nowell had this to say: "I had a great time meeting Jordan on campus when he visited! He is an outstanding person and a great basketball player. I'm excited to see him on the court this fall because he gives us something we are always looking for: height and athleticism. At 6'7", Jordan is going to be a mismatch in our league because of how well he moves and his ability to stretch the defense with his 3-point shot. His tape shows that he's a tremendous shot blocker. Jordan has the college build and the potential to be great on our level! Excited to work with him this fall!"
We look forward to having Jordan on campus and on the court this fall!
